Delivery

We ship orders within 1–3 business days, unless otherwise stated when ordering. Delivery is by GLS, DAO or Bring to addresses in Denmark. When your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

We do our best to meet delivery times, but cannot be held responsible for delays caused by shipping companies or events beyond our control (force majeure).

We offer a fixed low delivery price of 39 kr.

For orders of DKK 450 or more, we offer free delivery.

Return

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Returns require that the item is in the same condition as when you received it, with the tags intact.

To initiate a return, please contact us at kontakt@kapitlnul.dk and provide your order number and reason for the return.

The return is made at the customer's own initiative and expense . This means that you must arrange and pay for the shipment to us yourself.

Returned goods must be sent to the following address: Holger Danskes Plads 4, 1. 6900 Skjern.

Damage and problems
We recommend that you review your order upon receipt. Contact us as soon as possible if you have received the wrong item, or if the item has significant errors or defects that were not stated in the description - and we will find a solution.

Remember that normal signs of wear and tear are a natural part of vintage clothing and are therefore to be expected. It is part of the charm and history of the clothing.

Exceptions/Non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of gift cards.

Exchanges
As all our items are one-offs, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, we recommend that you place a new order as soon as possible – and return the original item according to the applicable return policy. Once the return is accepted, we will refund the amount.

The EU's 14-day cooling-off period

When you buy from an EU country, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days – without giving a reason. The item must be returned in the same condition as when you received it: unused, with tags and in the original packaging. Remember to enclose the receipt, delivery note or other proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you as soon as we have received and processed your return. You will also be informed whether the refund has been approved. If approved, we will automatically refund the amount to your original payment method - usually within 14 working days. Please note that it may then take a few days for the amount to appear in your account - depending on your bank or card issuer.
