The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to KAPITL NUL. KAPITL NUL operates this store and website, including all related information, content and products, to provide you, the customer, with a customized shopping experience.

2. Our products

We strive to provide an accurate and honest description of all products. As these are vintage and used items, any defects, wear or special features are described in the product text to the best of our ability.

Please note that colors and details in the images may vary slightly from reality - for example, depending on your monitor's color settings or lighting conditions. We cannot guarantee that the color or appearance of the product will be 100% identical to what you see on your device.

We reserve the right to update product descriptions and prices and to remove or limit the sale of products – for example, in the event of typos, out-of-stock items or special promotions.

3. Prices and payment

All prices on the webshop are stated in Danish kroner (DKK) and include VAT.

You can pay with the payment methods listed on the webshop (e.g. Visa, MasterCard, MobilePay, etc.). Payment will only be deducted once the item has been shipped.

Prices, discounts and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product or service is the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be stated in your order confirmation email.

4. Delivery

We ship orders within 1–3 business days, unless otherwise stated when ordering. Delivery is by GLS, DAO or Bring to addresses in Denmark. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

We do our best to meet delivery times, but cannot be held responsible for delays caused by shipping companies or events beyond our control (force majeure).

5. Returns

As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal under EU regulations. This means that you can return your order without giving any reason.

The right of withdrawal applies as long as:

• The item is in the same condition as upon receipt.

• The label is intact.

• The original packaging is included.

Returns are at your own expense , unless otherwise agreed.

6. Exchange

As all of our items are unique one-offs, we do not offer direct exchanges.
If you want a different item, we recommend that you return the item and make a new purchase.

7. Complaints

You have a 2-year right of complaint according to the Danish Sales Act.
Please note that minor signs of wear and tear are to be expected with vintage clothing and are therefore not considered defects .

If, however, the item is in significantly worse condition than described, or you have received the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible via kontakt@kapitlnul.dk.

We process your personal data securely and confidentially and only for the purpose of order processing and customer service.

9. Limitation of liability

KAPITL NUL ApS makes reservations for sold-out items, price errors and technical errors on the webshop.

10. Complaints options

It is always our greatest interest to find a good and quick solution together with you as a customer if problems arise with a product or service. We therefore encourage you to contact us directly so that we can help you as best as possible at kontakt@kapitlnul.dk.

11. Applicable law and venue

These terms and conditions and any agreement regarding purchases made via the webshop are subject to Danish law, and any dispute will be settled according to Danish rules and by Danish courts.

12. Changes

We reserve the right to unilaterally, and without prior consent from you as a customer, update, change or replace any part of our terms and conditions. Changes will be published on our website, where you can find the latest version at any time.

It is your responsibility to keep yourself updated by checking our website for any changes. In the event of significant changes, we will notify you in accordance with applicable law. Changes will enter into force on the date stated in the notice. Your continued use of our webshop after the publication of the changes constitutes acceptance of these changes.
