This privacy policy explains how we handle your information when you visit our webshop, shop with us or contact us. If there are any differences between our terms and conditions and this policy, the privacy policy applies when it comes to your personal data.

Beyond this, the retention period depends on how long it is necessary, typically to maintain your account, provide services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce contracts and policies.

6. Children under 16 years of age
Our services are not designed for children, and we do not knowingly collect information about children under the age of majority. If you are a parent or guardian and your child has provided us with information, you can contact us at kontakt@kapitlnul.dk to have it deleted. As of the effective date of this Privacy Policy, we are not actually aware of any “sharing” or “selling” (not our own terms - as defined in applicable law) personal information about individuals under the age of 16.

If you are not satisfied with our processing of your data, you also have the right to complain to the Danish Data Protection Authority, which is the Danish supervisory authority for data protection.
